Tony Berntsen
CEO & Founder
He is responsible for setting out and leading the delivery of First United Capital Group’s strategic visions and goals.
Starting his career in Sales & Marketing, he then transferred his attentions into the commercial property industry.
Tony developed vast experience in deal-making, advisory and consulting, investments, asset management and specialised property finance.
In 2015 he set out the concept of FUCG with the other co-founders with the desire to take entrepreneurs and investors on a journey.
Iver A. N.
CTO & Co-founder
He is responsible for the technological delivery of the company.
Starting out as a personal trainer and then developing a career in Sales and Marketing, Iver later re-educated again as an IT expert and Web-designer specialising in software architecture.
Founding a number of companies in the technology and property space over the last 10 years. In 2015 he set out the concept of FUCG with the other founders.
Saima Chaudhury
Executive Business Manager
Saima provides Business Management Services for First United Capital Group.
She served in the National Health Service for 16 years as a Commissioning Manager. She has also held leadership positions on a variety of projects and campaigns, managing diverse partnerships and budgets across London and achieved an MBA from the University of Hull whilst in their employment. Saima left to become a full-time entrepreneur in 2014.
Peter Duncan
Chief Financial Officer
A commercially focused Finance Executive with extensive experience in Financial Services, Private and Public Sector industries (HSBC, Direct Line Group & Westminster City Council) More recently applying his skills & expertise into a number of start-up and early stage businesses, focusing on strategic growth & planning, financial reporting & control and E2E finance operations.
Skilled in delivering financial insight, managing financial performance and setting up best in class global finance functions.
Luis Santine
CEO - EarlyBird Funding
He has extensive experience in the international financial sector, previously holding the position of CEO of the Dutch Caribbean Stock Exchange.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of InfoCapital and CX Pay; providing diversified advisory services related to international business solutions and transaction services.
